JLO SMEs’ first two of four scheduled engagements in Bangui, Central African Republic kicked off in August 2019. Our team taught a Civil-Military Relations and Media & Military course to over 80 participants from Central African Armed Forces, Police, and Gendarmerie, and civil society.
